Vendors vs Partners. An old topic that goes beyond semantics. Those of us in the service industry try to build partnerships through power points full of buzzwords, promising our clients our last blood drop and eternal loyalty, among other things. One night, we fail to deliver our promises… and the “v” word knocks on our doors.
