Spring forward and fall back. But sometimes we don’t have the choice as to when we move, because our employer has decided to shift headquarters. In 2016, we saw a significant number of companies choosing this option as a route to find operational efficiency and a boost in productivity (it might be just a perception and I might be biased, as we got involved in several relocation Talent Acquisition projects, plus GE move to Boston is in everyday conversation and now Amazon looking for a second HQ… I will find data).
