At INGENIA, over the last few days we have been polishing our question bank — a collection of questions we use as an inspiration to design interview questionnaires for our selection processes. We use this extensive pool of inquiries to trigger planning conversations with clients, provoking hiring managers to engage and jointly decide what valuable information we would like candidates to share in a systematic, consistent, open way. In an interview, the window opportunity is very limited; hence, as recruiters we have to be very precise to obtain inputs that better prepare employers (and candidates) for the crucial in-person, final interviews and subsequent hiring decisions. In our selection process, we leverage on powerful digital interviews to evaluate both the future potential of a candidate and his / her cultural fit, not addressing specific skills, knowledge, education or abilities.
